Services


Each of our parent coaching services is designed with co-regulation, connection, and communication at its foundation. The goal of each service is to help you meet the goals you have for your children. Please choose the format that works best for you, be it a private meeting, with friends, or a public group setting.

Private Consultations

Meet one-on-one with us. With coaching through open, honest, and safe conversation, we’ll help you as a parent to understand those on-going, unique, unresolved issues. We’ll guide you through defining what you want for your family and help you get there.


* Initial and follow-up sessions can be at the office or virtual

Strategic Planning Series

Come for a 2-part coaching series addressing a specific topic. This is a small group parent setting that’s open to the public. All are welcome.


The first session includes time for a brief definition of the topic, the challenges often faced, and facilitated brainstorming of first steps towards change.


After the first meeting you’ll take the ideas home and test them out.  Return the next week and share your experience and adjust your plan.

Private Group Strategic Planning

Invite us to your group. Together we’ll share the awesome and the tough of raising kids.  A group could be your book club, parent group, friends, play group, walking group, or staff.


You can design our coaching time together. Choose from one of our listed topics or bring us a topic that’s been tugging at your thoughts that you’d like to work through with our support.


We’ll meet at your location or you can come to our space.
